If you are going to plan on putting up more of these on Newgrounds in the near future, I'd suggest against it. Why? Because if you are going to put out a DVD of these flashes and a whole bunch of them are available for free on NG then it defeats the purpose of buying the DVD. Just a helpful tip.

The flash itself was mildly amusing. I understand that it's not meant to be a big project, but it still wasn't really up to your standards.

This is awesome, it's dirty, gory, and just fun. Kind of like a good orgasm, as good as one and as short as one. I took an special interest in this one in particular because during the period that I first played it, my U.S. History class was in the Civil War era. That, and we watched Gangs of New York in class later on. That movie was dirty and gory itself, so these went hand in hand. It was mostly circumstance, but it had a positive effect on my opinion of your game.

Nice job, I love the photo-realistic look of it, it adds a sort of horror feel to it even if it isn't supposed to be scary, and it brings back good memories of the Exmortis series. The sound effects are good, and MaestroRage's music contributions kick so much ass. But my favorite sound effect: When you fail on a patient. I loved it because it was so awesome, and I hated it because it was loud and unsettling, but that just made me love it even more in the long run. That sound effect alone gave this game a horror feel, and it made you not want to fail. As if the music wasn't tense enough.

Oh, and nice twist at the end, it tops off that goregasm just nicely.
